2.  Complete the form.  Mail the form, registration fee ($45/racer) and a copy of the racer's birth certificate (first time racers only) to:

There are many new car regulations from Akron.  If your car doesn't meet these rules you will not be allowed to race.  There won't be time day of race to make exceptions or allow you extra time to resolve the issues.
