Construction Clinics
Two construction clinics will be held at at 8 am at Phil Moore Park: Saturday March 8th (which will also include a used car sale and a free ride down the track), and Saturday, April 19th.

Photo/Inspection Day
Saturday May 3rd, photo day & inspections 8:00am-1:00pm

Race Week
The Sponsor Appreciation Lunch & Oil Can race will be held Wednesday, May 14th, from 11:30am - 1:00 pm with a Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting at 12:15.

Stock Cars are to be brought to the gymnasium at Phil Moore park on Monday, May 12th between 5:00-8:00 pm for impound.

Super Stock Cars are to be presented for impound on either Tuesday, May 13th, or Wednesday, May 14th between 5:00-8:00 pm

Practice runs on the track are allowed for all racers on Thursday, May 15th from 2:00 pm until dark.

The Racers Banquet will be held at Southern Lanes Bowling Center on Friday May 16th.  All racers bowl, eat, mini golf & batting cages supplied with wrist bands to do so at no charge. Parents supplied with wrist bands to eat buffet.

On Saturday, May 17th the group photos are taken at bottom side in race shirts 6:30 am and the race begins at 7:00 am sharp!
